Training ...

Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:15 pm at the Graduates Club House for a 5:30 pm start.
training are casual and are open to any abilities. We often run along the Torrens or throughout the parklands of North Adelaide, so come along for a chilled jog. Wednesday training is usually more structured and planned where Monday training is more relaxed.

Saturdays at 7:50 am at the Torrens Parkrun for an 8:00 am start
Parkrun is a free 5km walk/jog/run and operate all around the world!
Visit the 
Torrens Parkrun Website to register your barcode so you can keep track of your times. The AUAC group often catchup afterwards for coffee or breakfast, so stay for a bit of social fun!

Coaching ...

The AUAC is currently primarily a social running club promoting keeping fit and social running, however, we do have multiple Elite Athletes a part of the club. We currently do not have a dedicated coach but we are working towards one in the near future. If your interested in more intensive training just shoot us a message on our Facebook page or ask us at training. Hope to see you out there!
