Although it was great to announce the continuation of the Adelaide University Cycling Club Men's Category 2 team for the upcoming Cycling South Australia Super Series in 2018.
We're even more excited to announce AUCC will be entering a Category 2 Women's team for this season, thanks to the support of new sponsor KOM Coffee, Adelaide University Sport's Club Development Grant and continuing support from our clothing supplier Spin Cycle Clothing. KOM Coffee was established in 2017 bringing together their passion for cycling and coffee. Located on Anzac Highway between the CBD and Glenelg, in the beautiful City of Adelaide - host of the Tour Down Under and world renowned hill and beach trails, KOM Coffee specializes in single origin premium coffee, bringing the best beans from the Colombian mountains where some of the best climbers come from. After a year open, they continue with their commitment to support cycling in South Australia, sponsoring this young and talented Adelaide Uni Cycling Club - KOM Coffee Team, that for sure will give a lot to talk about in this Super Series season 2018.
This team is something the AUCC Committee have always wanted to offer to our members, with the hope of growing our womens racing membership over the coming years.
