Adelaide University Sport are excited to be launching UniMoves at the University of Adelaide! UniMoves is an initiative to create more activity and exercise opportunities on campus to increase student and staff well-being and allow them to easily get their 30 minutes of exercise per day.

The UniMoves app will help you track your activity levels, track your workouts in the gym, challenge your mates to see who moves more, access to awesome on campus activities, join on campus challenges, find out about the latest events and much more.

Adelaide University Sports will be teaming up with our clubs and the Fitness Hub to bring you weekly activities on campus, which will be a great way to stay active, meet new people and have some fun.

What better way to break up a day of study or work than with some fun physical activity on campus with your mates? We'll also be providing walking and running tracks in and around the uni for those who want a small change of scenery without being too far away from class.
